Well, if by charged the same why as in costs as much, no.
Most of the prices i've seen for DIR-F are like 250-450. But it depends on alot. If you go to the instructor instead of having the instructor fly to you it is less.
But don't take my word for it, definitely contact an instructor to find out more.
I'm just saying what I have seen from my experience.
