So I know that Du'An is the most famous spot in China, but has anybody heard about other places that are divable or maybe knows some locals that I could contact?

You can contact Deco Cat, he runs a technical dive shop in Nanning Guangxi, also he is TDI\GSM instructor. He knows most of the caves in Guangxi.
