I've never been in FL caves, but I can tell you that to dive a cave at any level you don't need higher flow to practice your skill...

Temperature water is very hot, but if you're going to dive in a cave, even if the water is hot, you must use a semi-dry suit... or a 7 mm suit! Weather is very nice... don't ´carry jacket... ja ja ja :wacko:

I just finished taking the full cave course in Mexico. We used Protec (http://www.protecdiving.com). They're a first-rate operation based in Playa Del Carmen.
