My parents dont dive and are coming with us this trip. Can someone recommend the best location to take them snorkeling? Lovers cove? Or is snorkeling allowed at the dive park?

I was at the park a couple of weeks ago and there were a few people snorkeling there.
You could use the stairs for entry and exit, but should stay clear of scuba divers entering the water or preparing to come out.
If you go to your left after entering at the stairs, it looks like, on the casino park map that it is pretty shallow.
Water temp at the surface probably around 64, so a wetsuit would be nice.
They rent wetsuits and snorkeling gear there.

Or grab a kayak and go kayaking along the coast line - great beaches with lots of snorkelling ops.
