Catalina C60 with Canadian TC markings in the US

Someone near me has this tank for sale that looks to be brand new. If it's only TC stamped and not DOT, am I going to have trouble getting it filled and inspected in the US? Also, is the weird size not worth messing with? My wife is the air hog that limits the length of our dives so she should have a larger tank, but she is also the one who would benefit from the lightness of the smaller tank. Any input on the usefulness of such a tank is appreciated.

If the only markings are TC I would skip it because of hassles. That said, it can be requalified and filled in the USA. See 180.205 (c)
