Interesting resurrect of a 7 year old thread

My family had a fantastic trip to Playa del Coco in August 2006. We stayed at Ocotal Beach Resort and used Ocotal Diving. Both were fantastic, both are now long gone. We did 2 local dives, 2 dives at Catalina Islands and 2 dives at Bat Islands (Islas Mucielago). We had great diving with Devil Rays, Mobula Rays, White-tip Sharks, turtles, and both Bull Sharks and Manta Rays at Bat Islands. We spent about half our time diving, there are many other fun and interesting thing to do from there.

I certainly would not mind getting back someday, would have to research on where to stay and who to dive with. It's interesting that both Aggressor boats now spend some time in Guanacaste and Bat Islands as well as at Cano Island. Personally, I'm off to Cocos next week
