I'm determined to celebrate a birthday underwater and hope I can get 4 others that want to dive off of Catalina with Scubaluv on Sunday Jan 11. Any takers??

What do you mean "dive off Catalina with Scuba Luv"? Are you going on one of their boat charters or are you just renting the gears from Scuba Luv and then dive Casino Point?
If you were to dive at Casino Point then yes I would like to join in.

I'll be back on the island then but will be shore diving at Casino Point. Hopefully SCUBA Luv's King Neptune will go out that day as you will have a good day of diving with them.

One of the Diver Supply guys (Steve that runs the air compressor station) said that he missed your tattered wetsuit.
31 DEC 08 was a spectacular day for diving around Catalina. The surface was like glass everywhere. I bet that would have been a good day for Farnsworth as well. My bud and I had Casino Point all to ourselves until noon time when a couple joined the fray and then after lunch, about ten divers showed up.
Oh and I got shocked by a torpedo ray. Note to self, don't play with the animals.

Hey Mutt,
I'm in. If it's the dive park, or on the boat, I want to get into the water off Catalina next weekend. Tried La Jolla yesterday and only had 10 ft vis.
