Any of you ever try this? A guy I dived with a lot in Iloilo used to get about 3 leaves from this "casla tree", mash them up and rub the whitish sap into his mask. I tried it too and it really works. We'd find the tree near most beaches or shorelines around Antique so it must be all around up on Luzon too. It's kind of a heart shaped leaf about as big as your hand. It's the best thing I've ever used and you get such a clear mask for the whole dive. Can someone send me some seeds? :D

"Casla" must be an Illongo word. What's the tagalog word? What's the english equivalent? Is it either " Spit" or "Phelgm"??? :D

mulbery leaves are like that and they have a sap too. you must try OKRA sap, it works better.

Okra, really? That's one of those things most people I know either love or hate.
