Tuesday at 0900: 45 miles Southeast in 105', the current was ripping. The current was to strong for an Apollo AV2 to make it to the anchor line. I splashed with a Silent Submersion MINNUS and made it down with ease. Surface temperature was 71 degrees and there was a thermocline at 50' dropping the temperature to 67 degrees. Visibility was about 10', typical after a few days of big ground swell.
