Up to 40'vis possibly at Butterfly House, swell coming from west and south.
Carmel Meadows was alot calmer, vis was up to 45'at some spots.

Carmel Meadows dive area is located at the immediate North of North Monastery and at the bottom of the stairs where Ribera rd. ends where there is a huge Rock that resembles a big bird.
There are two dive sites that I know of there. Both are where the kelp is. Here are two links that I found that shows what the general sites look like.

Like all divesites, watch the waves for a while before entering. The push and the pull while entering and exiting can be pretty strong at Carmel Meadows on some days.

Monday was even better, Butterfly house had 60ft+ ... this was one the best diving in Monterey for sure.

thank you Scubabumps for excellent idea and being great scuba buddy last Monday
