Since you've been to San Andres, I would recommend Isla Providencia.

Cozumel can get blown out in November and the shut down the port. Isla Mujeres is also a nice destination. Puerto Morelos too.
 
There are no forecasts of storm activity for Nov 1-4, except possibly the very southern Caribbean -- the ABC islands -- but they are outside your 3-4h window.

Why not just go to Cozumel?

Looks like their forecast was better.

Given the tendency for systems to move west/northwest I would have been extremely concerned about that red zone.

not sure about flights but honeymoon suites Southern Cross Club Little Cayman deserve looking at. Fabulous
