I too am interested in getting out on Sunday. Cape Ann would be fine with me. Where in particular are you thinking of going and when?
looks like some of the people in here are planning on goin to Jamestown.

HEY,, I thought you said Wetherell was QUIET this time of year! :D

Anyone have a good wind and wave forecast?
dbg40, I wouldn't want a repeat of the last time we drove out there.

I would drive to Portland if folks wanted to head there as well, I've never dove a quarry but looks like it would be fun!

It's not quiet, I'll be there bickering with my dive buddy very loudly ;) The number of people at Ft. Wetherell is directly proportionate to the temp. My buddy and I usually have the place to ourselves when it goes below 50F and there were only like 6 other people there last weekend.

WHAT?? I thought it was beautiful! I just did'nt want YOU guys to get hurt! But that's just how I am, attentive buddy, and outstanding citizen, concerned ony with the safety, and comfort of my fellow divers!

Bickering will not be tolerated, If bickering is heard, or suspected, I will immediately dispatch ctmax to throw beer on you. In a pinch, this may be substituted with an inexpensive wine. The kind in the box, but not while it's still in the box. (don't want no one puttin no eye out) Followed by extensive ( non threatening) frowning in your general direction!

If beer or nasty cheepo wine is dumped on me I will incite a brawl, despite the fact that I will lose ;) and I will not share any of my hot dogs or marshmellows during the SI ;) I wouldn't have to bicker if my buddy didn't wind me up and remember I cannot bicker with a reg in my mouth and you can't hear me if I am banished to the car because I am getting hypothermic. Besides if I am not bickering I will make sure to loudly complain about the air and water temps. Besides if you've dove at Ft. Wetherell at all this year you have already witnessed or heard the bickering.

I never bicker when I go diving, regardless of the air or water temps. I DO whine a lot though!

No one said anything about hot dogs................I will reconsider. Or maybe go to Cape Ann. What to do......
