Cape Ann anyone on 1/9 ?

We had to cancel our early morning dive at Nubble due to nasty surf.

Either Folly or Back Beach should be divable though. High tide is around 2pm.

Well, we were blown out today on Cape Ann as well. I met Lobzilla and FencingFish at Back Beach where it looked like there was quite a bit of surge. Next was Folly where there quite a bit of chop. After Folly we decided to try the Gloucester breakwater checking out Plum Cove along the way. As we passed Niles Beach it look like it might have been a possible to dive. Big surprise the Breakwater wasn't diveable so it was back to Niles Beach. Talking to the guys heading out they said that there was a slight surge so we decided to call it a day and hit up Lone Gull

pilots call this 'hangar flying' and while you always learn something it is unfortunately not loggable
