Hi,
I am VEERY new to underwater photography. One trip actually. Been shooting Canon over the water and am now thinking about the right system for underwater before making the big investment in a new housing.

I always start with the lens availed and go from there and I was wondering what the new RF lens line up was saying to the more experienced underwater photographers. Here is the planned lens for this year.

Also I was wondering what you think about the focus point control being moved to the touch screen. Seems like a bad move for underwater work.

With a 1DX pro version of the EOS R lineup coming soon the thought of a smaller pro Canon camera seems very tempting. Any thoughts appreciated.
