Howdy yall.....

I have been looking all week long for my first digital camera purchase.....I have made my decision.........

Drum roll please..................................


The Canon Powershot S1 IS......


Anyone have any reviews on it....??? any housings to recommend....???

Any Do's and Dont's to consider before following through on the purchase???

I figure Ill break'er in at ......ah....hmmmm........where would be a good place.....

I know......Cozumel Baby!!! 23 days left!!! cant wait.....

Hope it helps. Seems like a nice camera, but a bit of a half way house. Its not very high resolution compared to many, but the video capability is outstanding. Am a great fan of Canon cameras, just wish they would put a thread on the housings to make it easier to attach lenses and filters.
