:rofl3: Nice counter-weights.. They DO work, but I love the mickey mouse version.

I personally use a coiled lanyard clip for the housing of my camera. I clip it to my BC and then I can unclip only part of the lanyard, snap a few photos and it still never leaves my BC. Have NEVER had an issue with the camera getting in the way of my hoses, etc...
 
Just got done doing this to S95 canon housing too - 1" stainless steel 1/4" x20 screw with a bunch of flat stainless washers and a lock washer on the end to try and keep from losing my washers!
