Canon DSLR and iso info/question

Hi All, I came across this info a few months back for Canon HD video and have been wondering (*like others) about how this translates to still images:

Proof That Multiples of ISO 160 Work Best on Canon HDSLRs

Has anyone out there heard of this?
I am wondering if iso 100 or 200 may not be the best for stills underwater...

Would love to hear any comments/opinions.

If you are shooting anywhere else besides the NASA pool, then I don't think I would pay this much concern, pixel peeping is just that. I did some local pool shooting to calibrate some add on macro lenses and played a bit with ISO as well and didn't see any noticeable differences between 100, 160, 200 and 320 on a 7D.
