Canon counter weight stats?

I have the new Canon G9 and used it for the first time underwater yesterday. Great camera, but it was extremely positively buoyant. I have a machine shop friend of mine that is willing to make the weights for me to counterbalance, but I was hoping someone would know the dimensions of the weights, and hopefully the weight of each plate. I think the WW DC1 comes with 4 plates, and Canon recommended 3 plates for the G7 - I assume much the same for the G9.

Does 13.2cm x 8.9cm x 6.9cm at 309 grams each plate sound right? I would like to confirm that...
