Basically, can wings from Zeagle, or Scubapro fit on a DiveRite harness? Do they have a universial hookup (11" apart?) or is it a "one brand only" setup? I've been told you can change them out..but I figured I would ask the experts!

I use an OMS plate with AUL, Halcyon, and some-other-i-do-not-know-what wing.

no problems.

worst case you would need to burn a set of holes in the
wing that line up with the plate and grommet them.

In fact usually. The 11" is a standard, and most wings can be used with the Transpac unless they are designed to connect to some other harness in a way other than by the 11" bolts.

I looked at a Zeagle wing we have at the shop, and it doesn't have the little grommet holes. Basically, the only thing that keeps the two sides of the wings together are two straps. Will these strap around a backplate? Or will he have to put holes into it?
