In Greece we have something similar, its called Ariosoma balearicum. As the colors are off (WB / Flash) I cannot be sure. It could also be a Silver Garden Eel.

I downloaded this photo to show you the 'Greek' one and the Silver Garden Eel.

You are very welcome. Could be, there are many species of Eel and some look very similar
We also don't know the size, it could be a juvenile not fully developed yet...
