Can you have a custom mask made?

Hi-
My husband has an Oceanic ION4 mask. It is way too little for his face. It scrunches his nose up and water leaks in continuously. Does anyone know of a mask for guys with big noses and wide faces? He says its fine... good thing they teach you to clear your masks right away in open water classes! I think if we could get him a mask that actually FIT, he would be more happy.
Any suggestions?
