Can someone identify what Scubapro Version Regulator this is?

Low Pressure section does not look like the Mark 20.

MK20 regulators came in different versions as SP made some minor changes to it. Some of the swivel turrets look different, but only slight difference. All have 4 ports on the side and one on the top. I have 9 sets of SP MK20 G250 regs and not all share the same turret. However the O-ring sizes, threads and inner parts are identical.

And do you mount them all upside down?

While likely a MK-20, it could have been upgraded to a MK-25. If you pry off the black rubber boot (it is made to come off this way), you may find that the seat retainer has an adjustable hex screw within the base (instead of pins or a hex socket). That is the adjustable seat upgrade to make it a MK-25.
