Can someone ID this mares regulator?

The water was 45 last week, so probably goes down to high 30's but im not too sure.
The second stage has no heat sink, would it be good to use as a secondary and buy
a better primary?

Where are you located? If you are diving where the water gets hard, then something without a heatsink wouldn't be useful.

You could probably go to a Zeagle dealer and buy a heat sink for your second stage that would make it a cold-water second and do it fairly cheaply. It takes about ten seconds to convert, if you have the time. Just replace the plastic spacer with the metal heat sink.

I am in Nova Scotia. I don't have a secondary yet, so would it be alright to use that as a secondary and buy a better primary regulator?
