I know east winds are a good thing, but what about the "becoming on shore near the coast in the afternoon"?

The Winds are a gunna change from east :D to west :depressed: ... near the coast in the afternoon. Thates my take . Sounds like a weather scaner..... Your best bet sounds like a morning dive Depending on tides....
