Can Somebody ID this 1st stage?

I purchased a couple of these 1st stages through a ScubaBoard contact some years ago. Of course CRS disease is preventing me from remembering make of this regulator. Anyone recognize?

I have one in my hand that was sold as Coltrisub. They were also sold as OMS. I don't remember the name of the OEM.

Well I remembered that the seller offered maintenance kits and I actually bought a couple, but things being what they are I am having trouble finding the repair kits and was hoping to be able to find them again.

That's where I bought them.

These are all identical. The parts kits will, in all likelihood, interchange. Some will be easier to find than others.
