Can light bulb and socket??

Hey! I have Everything for my DIY can light... except the most important parts.. the bulb and socket The local hardware stores only carry 35 watt MR16 bulbs with the reflector attatched. (they also sell 50 watt bulbs, but without the reflector) and No one carrys the socket! Any ideas on where to get these or how to DIY them???

but any local lighting / electrical store should have them...
or anyplace that sells track lighting, or par 20 cans (small stage lights)
