can i use this manifold?

if you know me you know i come across deals all the time this was in a dive bag with some stuff i got in a deal. think its any good?

Good depends on your prespective. That manifold is for 38/50/72s which are 6.9 inches in diameter so you will need the correct size tanks and bands. It's the perfect manifold for vintage diving or if you just want a set of doubles. For larger tanks or tech diving, it's not of much use.
