I am registered through PADI as an Advanced Diver but I recently took my Rescue Diver class through a NADI instructor, can I transfer my NADI course over to PADI? Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Yes, but why? Having all PADI cards is not necessarily an advantage. If you are going to become a divemaster then your divemaster instructor will gladly accept your NAUI rescue as an equivalent. I know I would. And if you want a PADI rescue card, it should be a matter of skill evaluation which you have to do again in your divemaster class anyway and an extra 20 bucks for the c-card and you're done.

Do you mean NAUI?

If so, I'm not aware of NAUI actually issuing a same level card to someone coming from PADI, but if you are trained as a PADI open water you can usually just take NAUI advanced to further train. Best thing to do would be to contact an instructor in the Organization you want the next certification in.

I proposed this question to PADI as if continuing on to DM and the following is the response:

Frank,

Thank you for your email. With respect to your question, yes you can use your NAUI rescue diver certification as a qualifying prerequisite for enrolling in the PADI Divemaster course. Your PADI Instructor will just need to make a copy of the card front and back for the folder/student record.

Hope this answers your question,
