Thanks for all the tips! I've been doing a lot of research myself and I think I'm going to splurge and go with a Cannon S100 with an Ikelite housing and Ikelite AF35 strobe system.
All together it is going to be about $1000 I think but it's a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a housing for my DSLR and I don't think I'm willing to sacrifice not having a strobe or RAW capture.
