I am thinking about a road trip to check out some of your wrecks off Morehead City. What kind of air temps would I be looking at if I were to camp in a tent? I know this is hurricane season so I would want to check the forecast before we head down ;)

Thanks

By far Oct is my favorite month on out coast. The day temps are in the mid 80's with nights in the mid 60's, perfect camping weather as far as I am concerned. I am sure there are others but here is a link to the only campgound I have stayed at (all be it years ago). If I remember correctly and things have not changed site 100 was real nice, sound side right on the water. Be sure to take your fishing rod, the fish are starting to bite about then...
