Welp, after 4 phone calls and an online submission, I finally got the form and work order number for my camera in order to send it and my housing back to Olympus after the flood. It'll be sent out Friday to Cali-Oly per the forums recommendation.
Considering the responses from other 5060 users with the PT020 housings, I'm probably gonna go ahead and purchase the Ikelite housing for the camera. Olympus doesn't seem to want to acknowledge a problem with their housings and the lower left corner Oring slippage thats been reported so often and everyone else seems happy with Ike's product
I shoulda gone with it in the first place, my LDS told me to, the info was here online, and now I have a $180 housing that I hope to never use again - LOL.
Ah well... Looked into the Light-n-Motion housings, but they are too proud of em... $1500 for the housing, SHEESH!
