In my experience to get a good rate you can:
- get a Singapore dive shop you trust to organize for you
- negociate with the operators directly - However as the island is closing at the end of the year there is a lot of demand I heard so bargains may e difficult to get
- book last minute - Borneo divers gave us their walk-in rates when we e-mailed them

Good luck !

thanks ,

I heard of this place where there is a oil rig that has ben converted to a resort. U know of it? Any way whats the price like for a 8/9 day package?

I'm organising a group from Singapore to go to Sipadan over the November long weekend. 10-15th November.

We are using Waikiki dive shop - http://www.waikikidive.com/
