Calling all electricians, help please

I want to marry she who must be obeyed, she's a US citizen, I'm not
I'm 2/3rd's of the way though electrician school in the UK
I've completed 2 years of city and guilds 2330
the 3rd year is 2360, with that I'm qualified
can anyone tell me how much training I'd need to be qualified in the states
I'm wanting to know if I finnished the 3rd year and was fully qualified here, would I have less to do stateside
or am I better to start from where I am at now
we'd be living in boston MA if that makes a difference

You would probably have to talk with them to see if you could transfer your qualifications from England or not.
