I have to agree with Mustang29. The Bonneville Dam isn't in Astoria or anywhere near the Pacific Ocean for that matter. Its over 140 miles up the Columbia River. These Sea Lions are are poaching Adult, Spawning Columbia River Salmon as they work their way up the River and past the Hydroelectric Dams. This battle has been going on for years. If they want to sail the Sea Shepard up the Columbia, I'm sure that the Fish and Wildlife guys would be more than happy to load the Sea Lions on their boat and let haul them back to the saltwater where they belong. :42:
