120 rule? Can you elaborate?


the time and depth of any dive within NDL's will equal 120

for example, at 70 feet, you have a max of 50 minutes

at 80 feet, you'd have 40 minutes

at 90 feet, 30 minutes, and so on

it does not work for depths of 120 feet and below

Unless you're Navy, I heard that they consider 5 minutes the limit for anything between 120 and 180.

Disclaimer * Just an internet rumor, my only Navy Experience involves shouting "Go Army" during the football season
