Cabo at Thanksgiving - Dive Operator & Taxi Recommendation?

2 Things

1. We are going to be in Cabo Nov. 19-27 - staying at the Westin / Regina (corridor). We've previously dove in Cabo during this time - but it's been more than 5 years ago. I would love some recent recommendations on SCUBA operators.
**The last time, I was really frustrated with our Dive Master - he was getting rocks and banging the coral to get the fish to come, catching puffer fish to make them blow up, etc. Obviously, he was trying to impress us, but it just offended us.

2. We have rented cars in the past - but it's just too expensive and risky. Does anyone know of a good taxi / hired car service? Last year, we arranged a driver ahead of time in Acapulco and he was our driver all week whenever we needed him - took us to the grocery store, etc.
**I want to set this up ahead of time and avoid the "gauntlet" of timeshare people when we exit the airport.

Have you asked the westin regina if they have a shuttle most resorts do have one.
I own Cabo Divers here in Cabo and would be happy to have you Dive with us.We have a 35 foot Dive Boat and a Perfict safty record that covers 20 years here.We also take groups of 5 Divers or less and have all new gear as of july 2010.We are right on the Marina in Downtown Cabo in the Tesoro Resort.
