Chip, you forgot to mention you saw thresher sharks when you guys surfaced. :D
 
Ah yes Mags, that was pretty awesome. :) Could have been more than 1 cause the thing jumped out of the water more than once.

The AC single rooms are quite different. Has a porch, a bed area, with table and chairs, then the bathroom off to the side. Larry stayed in it the first night.

Cross posting this to give an idea of how to get to Cabilao. I left my wetsuit and rashguard there by accident, so I won't be seeing them anytime soon. :(


thanks Chip. first night only for larry? no need for the AC there?
The resort was fully booked and had to move people around. We originally just had the 2 treehouses booked, but the treehouse wasn't available the first night. I'm not much of an AC user when I'm in the province - the fan was definitely more than enough to keep me cool.

But the AC is useful when in a situation like Larry, who uses it to dry up his wet stuff for the international flight.
