i remember when i cracked the ton (100 dives) and feeling that 100 dives is nothing, after initially thinking it was a lot...
the problem with z2h programs is that they churn out DM/SI's who DON'T have the requisite skill sets, that includes everything from good buoyancy to people management skills (especially under pressure)...you can't buy experience..
