CISUB Marina di Carrara Italia

I have seen Scuba Pro regs for sale on ebay from the above company.
The prices are pretty good and they have a good feedback profile.

Just wondering if anyone here has bought from them, and are there some hidden fees or cost that one should be aware of.

They are located in Italy and offer free shipping to the USA.

Any thought or experiences???:idk:

Thanks,

Ron

I think you'll have warranty issues.

Any SCUBAPRO or UWATEC equipment purchased from a non-authorized source will not be covered by SCUBAPRO UWATEC warranties. These non-authorized sources include internet and direct marketing companies
No free parts for life either...
In addition, products purchased from these sources are not eligible for free parts replacement under the limited lifetime warranties offered on selected products.

There was a recent thread here from someone who bought a Uwatec computer from an internet store in Spain.
When it failed, he had to send it back to them for warranty service.

It looks like CISUB is an authorized Scubapro dealer so the warranty should be good as long as your receipt shows them as the seller. But you would not qualify for the "free parts program" and you might have a hard time finding a USA dealer that will honor the warranty (they don't have to honor it).

Thanks guys for the replies.

Sometimes these deals are not worth the trouble to save a few bucks.

I bought some stuff from them last summer, and they totally cool: they ship fast through DHL, so no problem with the questionable Italian Post.
