This was directly from PST concerning VIP sticker and O2 clean.

"Our cylinder is O2 cleaned and the Valve is cleaned to CGA G-4.1 from the factory and ready for a 40% nitrox mixture.
Our tanks do ship with a VIP sticker on them"

Interesting. This didn't come on my tanks the latest of which I bought last spring sometime. I wonder if it was because my LDS got into a flap with PST. The LDS claimed that I would have to be charged a VIP for each tank because the PST tanks were not nitrox ready. I know it caused a row between the two and since I sided on behalf of PST the LDS wound up doing the vis. for free. I have not purchased anything from this LDS since this little CF.

One of the stores that I use now does do PP. So I'm getting 100% O2 in my tanks to get my usual 32%. All my tanks are O2 cleaned though...

Well my first set of E7-100's that i bought from a LDS came equipped with PST VIP stickers. They added a O2 clean manifold and i was good to go with PP fills through them with the PST VIP sticker.

The second set that i purchased a few months ago from a mail order shop in florida came with that shops VIP stickers and not the PST VIP sticker. I had to pay to have the second set of tanks O2 cleaned for PP fills as single tanks.

One thing that gripes me is that i see a lot of shops get hung up on a nitrox wrap and wont fill my tanks with nitrox without it.

I've bought two PST tanks in the last twelve months and neither came with a VIP sticker, both times the shop gave me one. So if PST is shipping them with stickers they're not doing it consistently, or the shops are removing them.
