I saw some burbot while diving in Lake Erie didn't know they were tasty......I may have to give them a try

Burbot (aka lawyer) are some of the best eating critters out there. Very underutilized, too.

I used to just use a catch bag. I'd put a crayfish into the bag,and when a burbot came to check it out, I'd open bag,fish go in,close bag...go home.
