bungee for Cressi Edy II

So I just purchased this awesome equipment and I was wondering if there is a way to change the watch straps to accommodate a bungee system to go over a 7mm suit.
I saw one idea of going under the pins with the bungee/cord but I just don't feel that is secure enough.
Anyone know of anything else?

Hi there, I see this post is few months old, but you can use the "WaterBourne" or "Zulu" type straps, they are longer than a standard strap and fit in such a way that even if you lose 1 pin the watch will not fall off. I have used with an Edy I once owned, worked fine. Good luck.
