Bugbitten looking 4 training agency

Hello!
I´m an PADI AOW, Drysuit and ANDI nitrox certified diver looking to get into wreckdiving...
I´ve done a few penetrations of wrecks (mostly in the Red Sea with local diveguides) and now I´m looking for an agency that will get me certified and educated enough not to kill myself while enjoying wreckdives...
Penetration is my main area of interest but as I don´t know what I don´t know I´m sure you´ll be able to help with that as well...
I know about the "instructor makes the course"-bit but I´m looking for the opinions of people who have experience to point me in the right direction as far as agency goes...
I don´t need to ask that these opinions be motivated as well do I? (agency bashing will get me no closer to choosing an agency)

I wouldn't ask a question like this. There are tons of opinions and arguments for all agencies.

Simply fine the most experienced instructor in your area and go with whatever agency he is either with or suggests.
