It's absolutely normal to burp at the end of a dive, even when you are at the surface again. Air can be swallowed during normal breathing. And when you swallow it during the dive it will be subject to some pressure. When you start ascending it will expnd as the pressure decreases and you'll feel the need to burp. So don't worry about that. Just mind what you eat and drink before and the way you are breathing.
 
I frequently belch underwater, and then chuckle to myself, though I'm not entirely convinced that other people are unable to hear my degenerate behavior.
And at risk of lowering the tone, first time I farted in my wetsuit was an interesting experience, the little fella has to find a way out somewhere, usually up the back of your neck. I won't go into detail, but anyone who's done it knows what I'm talking about.

Most likely cause is that you are now breathing through your mouth and you are not use to it and may be swalling some air. This too will pass, one way or the other.
