Allison Finch:
July 13th to the 17th

Hi Allison, are you all packed and ready to go? The suspense is starting to eat at me, my sleep habits are breaking down. We hope to see you at some point.
What do you have packed for the kids?
Have you heard anything exciting that's happening on PNG? I heard that there are sing sings on east new britain (close but no cigar), since we'll be on the west side.
The same time you are in Brisbane we'll be in Hawaii.
If we don't see you, take a couple of pics to share with us and we'll do the same.

All the best,
Jerry

I've been packed for a week!!! I have the usual school supplies for the schools on Garove Island in the Witus. This year I'm also bringing lots of kids clothes per the request of a village woman during the sing-sing they gave for my sisters and me last year. Yep, I'll probably be paying overweight, but who cares. The volcano in Rabaul has been acting up a while ago, but don't know what's happening right now. I would like to dive some of the wrecks in the harbour if they are not covered by all the ash. We'll see.
I really do hope we'll meet up. Tell Captain Brad HE MUST!!!!
Have a wonderful time!! See ya!

I also bring reading glasses from dollar stores to these far and away places. I was absolutely inundated by village elders the last time I was in the Solomon islands.
