Brighstar Repair - Need Help

Dear Sirs,

My Darkbuster 21/24 - bought around 2006-2007 - is not working. I last used it in July 2009.

Symptoms: Will not light up. Plugged the charger into it and the light on the charger remains green - which normally indicates that the battery is fully charged. When charging properly, the charger light usually changes from green to red when it is plugged into the light, and eventually turns green when it reaches full charge.

I live in Boston (USA). Is there somewhere in the US or Canada where I can send it for servicing?
