I'm a little late getting back to this post but I think its worth while. My wife and I went to this resort Jan 17 2009. The weather sucked but the two dives I did were great. The dive shop was very well equipped and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. All dives are done from a 6m outboard boat.
Because the weather was so bad the beach and hence dive sites were red flagged all but two days. The second day was the day before we flew out.
Our stay included one dive and the second was 25 convertibles. I brought my own 3mm full, gloves, mask, snorkel and fins, they supplied BCD, octo, weighs and tank. All equipment was newish and well maintained.
First dive was 22m (72ft) for 30min. Beautiful ocean bottom with 3m deep crevasses wide enough for one diver at the bottom. Lots of hilly terrain to swim over and tons of different wildlife.
The second dive was 15m (49ft) for 42min. The highlight was viewing a Spanish Galion anchor that had become stuck and abandoned in the sea bed. The rest of the dive was swimming along the reef wall and in and out of the nocks and crannies looking for creatures.
All in all extremely entertaining.
