I have not dove the tower itself. I have dove on a tug boat that is part of the tower reef. there was not much there only a couple very small sea bass. we brought the gun down but there was nothing big enough to bring up. and yes their bouys are underwater.

As a side note, you'd be surprised at the togs on the Tug. Last November I shot one over 15 lbs on it. Several in the 4-5 lb range brought up also. Have a great day.

it was earlier in the year that I dove it. maybe the warmer water brought some more fish to it. it was about 50 on the bottom when I was there
