Received a pair as a gift, but already had a set. Take these extra fins off my hands! Unused in water. Spring straps. Neutral in the ocean. Lightweight for travel. A great Jetlike fin for wet divers who do not want to have heavy or tired legs. I believe these are no longer being made (or at least have not been in stock for quite some time)
Size wise if you are wearing wet-suit boots with a thick "sneaker" type sole or a dry suit boot this would fit sizes 11-13. If in doubt, the spring straps are adjustable for a more custom fit.
