Boot solution for pony AL19

I have pony that id like to put a mini boot on I can't find much other than a 3d print too big for my printer.
I mount it to my al80 with an aluminum bracket. It tends to hit the side of the 80 and get fed up on my concrete break wall.
Id be thankful for any pointers

Cylinder is 4.4inch/112mm

No clue what "get fed up on my concrete break wall" means, however one possibility would be get a can of that rubberized stuff they use on handles of tools or to waterproof electrical connections and paint a few coats around the bottom of the tank.

A better solution would be to sling it which is better than backmounted for many reasons that have been cited many times on this forum.

Slinging would be my recommendation too. But if you insist on a boot this might fit:

LOL... Sometimes DIY works just as good. This is a 13cuft pony with a PVC plumbing union in the pipe aisle from Home Depot. I heated it for a snug fit and drilled drain holes and it's easily removable.
$4.25 & problem solved. Extra points for 'Why would someone put an ' H ' valve on a tiny tank ??

It's a rinse pony tank to pressurize rinse my main reg & pony reg at the same time in the tub after each dive day and that prevents water from seeping inside the 1st stage & damaging it.

Clever idea but overkill perhaps?

The vast majority of recreational divers (and I just looked it up earlier to reply to a different thread and there are around 7 million of them) pop on the dust cap and drop the regs in the rinse bucket and there aren't all that many regulator failures due to water getting into the first stage as a result.

Use the leg or sleave of an old wet suit to cover the bottom on the pony. Or get some of the orange webbing material that is often under a steel worm-gear strap.

I just got back from a tropical trip where the dive crew took all the gear at the end of diving and returned it the next day. There was not really any opportunity to "do it yourself". I had converted the reg from DIN to Yoke before the trip with a brand new sintered filter. I just got home and re-cleaned and sterilized my regulators, of course pressurized like a civilized human diver. Upon inspection I found my previously brand-new sintered filter was significantly green. This means the 1st stage has indeed ingested salt water. Now I need to at least open up the regs and clean them again in an ultrasonic.

why you need a pony bottle anyway. the only true redundancy system are SM or double with manifold.
